~We ship our items using USPS or UPS for best services.  

 

~We use either a biodegradable mailer package, a new, or repurposed shipping box.    

 

~We are not responsible once the package has left our hands. It's the responsibility of the mailing facility to ensure proper care. We package as best we can to help with this. 

 

~I try and keep you posted throughout the whole process (purchasing, packaging, mailing, and delivery) to ensure proper communication and sufficient customer service.  

 

~You will receive and email to the email listed when purchasing with tracking and shipping information.
